Consum receives the Ecomov award for its natural gas-powered trucks

Last May, the first edition of the Ecomov awards took place in Valencia, where the Cooperative was awarded for its fleet of trucks powered by natural gas. 

 Javier Quiles, Consum’s public relations director, receives the Ecomov prize.

These awards, organized by the newspaper Las Provincias, recognise companies, institutions and personalities that are committed to a more sustainable and efficient mobility.

Consum continues to work to minimize the environmental impact of its activity, betting on clean and renewable energy. The Cooperative, which currently has 9 trucks, plans to gradually increase its fleet, contributing to reduce its CO2 emissions by 30%.
