Here are his “top five”:

BANANA

I always start my day with a banana. It is one of my favourite foods in my daily life. Easy to eat, tasty and full of energy to prepare you for a day full of vitality. Ideal for sports lovers like me. It is full of minerals and protects your heart. In addition to all its nutritional values, it combines perfectly with other fruits, is easy to carry and is a delight for the palate.

AVOCADO

I love this fruit. I love to eat avocado at night, I mix it with corn, tuna and lettuce. It is very tasty and also has very interesting properties such as, for example, controlling blood sugar and strengthening the immune system.

PEPPER

It's one of my favourite spices. I can't leave it out of almost any dish I eat. In addition to its spicy flavour, it is also full of nuances. It is a great accompaniment for all types of dishes, pasta, meat or fish. I recommend you add a little pepper on cured cheese, it's a delight!

OLIVE OIL

My memory of food from my childhood is olive oil. It's my favourite food. I like it with bread and any dish I make at home. I remember my grandmother and my mother making toast at home with salt and olive oil every night.

IBERIAN HAM

It's another one of my favourite ingredients; I'd eat ham at any time. I am fortunate enough to live in Salamanca and be able to enjoy it daily. I never get tired of eating it.
