by Carol O.If a roasted pumpkin is not sweet enough or does not have a pleasant texture for the dish you wanted to use it for, don’t throw it away! Make use of it by frying the pulp in a frying pan with a little butter, salt and nutmeg. Keep stirring it until it has the colour and texture of a puree and you will have a marvellous accompaniment for any meat.
