Camembert cheese crunch

Ingredients for 4 people:  

1 sheet of filo pastry, 2 wedges of camembert, 100 g dried cranberries, 100 g dried apricots, 50 g sultanas, Strawberry jam, Peach jam

PREPARATION

1. Place each wedge of camembert cheese on a sheet offilo pastry.

2. Cover each wedge with one of the jams. Place the dried cranberries on top of the strawberry jam and the dried apricots on top of the peach jam

3. Close the filo pastry sheet to make a packet.

4.Brush with oil and bake at 200ºC for 7 minutes.


Garnish with toast, nuts and sultanas.
