Pumpkin cream shot 

For 4 servings:

  400 g of pumpkin (vacuum packed, diced)

  1 onion

  1/2 leek

  2 medium sized potatoes

  4 king prawns

  1 egg

  4 spoonfuls of extra virgin olive oil

  Panko breadcrumbs

  Black pepper

  Salt

  Water

PREPARATION


PREPARINGTHE CREAM

1. Peel and cut the vegetables.

2. Season to taste.

3. Fry in olive oil.

4. Cover the vegetables in the frying pan with water, and boil until they are soft.

5. Blend to make a light texture.

 

PREPARINGTHE KING PRAWNS

1. Peel the prawns and salt to taste.

2. Dip them in whipped egg and then the panko breadcrumbs.

3. Fry them all together.
