Salmon tartlets
Ingredientes para 4 personas:
• 4 slices of smoked salmon
• 400 g of cream cheese
• 2 soupspoons of mayonnaise
• 500 g cooked langoustines
• Fresh dill
• 1 sheet of puff pastry

PREPARATION
PREPARINGTHE PUFF PASTRY
1. Cut it into circles. Use a kitchen mould to do this.
2. Using a smaller mould, mark and prick inside with a fork.
3. Warm the oven to 180º.
4. Bake the puff pastry circles until they are golden brown.
5. Allow them to cool.
PREPARINGTHE FILLING
1. Chop the dill and keep it to one side.
2. Peel the langoustines and cut them into small pieces.
3. Put the langoustines and dill into a bowl with mayonnaise and cream cheese.
4. Mix it all together well.
5. Keep the filling in the fridge until you are ready for serving.
SERVING
1. Place the tartlets on a serving tray.
2. Put the langoustine filling in the tartlets.
3. Place some slices of salmon over the filling.
4. Sprinkle the chopped dill over the top.
