Meatball soup with beans
Ingredients for 4 people:1 kg meatballs, 1 can of cooked white beans, 1-½ l meat stock, 2 carrots, 1 broccoli, 2 white turnips, 1 parsnip, 1 onion, Oil and salt
1. Fry the meatballs in a frying pan with a little oil. Leave on one side.
2. Dice the onion, carrots, turnip, and parsnip, and brown in the same frying pan.
3. Add the meatballs with the stock, and cook for 20 minutes at medium heat.
