Chicken with pineapple and homemade BBQ sauce
Ingredients for 4 people1 kg chopped chicken, 200 ml oil, 10 g paprika, 100 g sliced pineapple cut into halves, Salt.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BBQ SAUCE
- 200 g pineapple
- 200 g carrot
- 200 g onion
- 100 g celery
- 4 garlic cloves
- 30 ml ketchup
- 10 g corn flour
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 1 tbsp soy
1. Season the chicken with oil, salt and paprika. Leave for 4 hours.
2. Slow-fry in a pan until brown and leave on one side.
3. Add all the finely chopped ingredients for the BBQ sauce to the chicken together with the sliced pineapple cut into halves.
4. Cover and oven-bake at medium heat for 1 hour.
