Lentil balls with curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 people:  

1 jar of cooked lentils, 100 g carrots, 50 g onion, 50 g oats, Chickpea flour, 1 can coconut milk, 50 g spinach, Curry, 1 can crushed tomato

PREPARATION

1. Blend the onion, carrot, drained lentils, oats and three tablespoons of chickpea flour in a blender.

2. Mould the balls with your hands.

3. Flour them and fry them in a pan for 5 minutes overmedium-high heat..

4. Add the tomato, cook for 3 more minutes.

5. Stir in spinach, coconut milk and curry. Cook for a further 10 minutes and plate.
