Cod with bechamel recipe

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cod pieces ( 200 g each)
- 150 g cauliflower
- 50 ml whole milk
- 75 g cheese spread
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
STEP BY STEP:
1. First make the cauliflower bechamel. To do so, boil the cauliflower florets for approximately 25 minutes. Once the cooking time is up, drain them and place them in a blender together with the cheese spread, milk, salt and pepper. Blend it well, until you achieve a smooth and thick sauce.
2. Preheat the oven. In an earthenware dish, place the pieces of cod, season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with a little oil and, finally, bathe the cod in the bechamel.
3. Bake the cod for 15 minutes at 200º with the upper heating element and then grill for a further 5 minutes.
