Jaume Masià (Algemesí, Valencia, 2000) is a young Spanish motorcycle racer. He was a runner-up of the FIM CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship in 2017 (at just seventeen years of age). That same year, he took part in the World Motorcycle Championships and won the Moto3 category.  He is currently competing in the Moto2. Corner eleven of the Ricardo Tormo circuit bears his name and, despite his young age, he has become the fifth Valencian motorcycle racing world champion.

Here are his “five from”:

MACARONI

They provide me with the energy I need for my training (which is a lot). I love to eat them with a home-made tomato sauce with lots of minced meat. Pasta is a dish that I cannot be without on any day of the week because it contains everything. I love it!

VEAL

Its very tasty and it helps me with muscle recovery. It combines perfectly with many side dishes (potatoes, vegetables, salad…) and when grilled, it is very easy for me to cook at any time.

PINEAPPLE

This is a very tasty and refreshing food that hydrates me andhelps me with digestion, as well as being a diuretic. I tend to have pineappleboth as a dessert  and as a good snack. WhenI go to train at the circuits, it is essential for me to take a large lunchboxof fruit.

CORN CAKES WITH DARK CHOCOLATE

This is a very healthy snack which I tend to eat as an afternoon snack or even between meals. As an emergency, it is very practical to carry two or three packs in my bag. You can eat them anywhere.

HONEY

It’s a natural sweetener that provides a lot of energy, as well as being anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. I tend to add honey and a little milk to my morning coffee and it is delicious.
