Tequila scampi

For 4 servings:

  8 medium sized scampi

  Tender garlic

  150 ml of tequila

  Salt

  Extra virgin olive oil

  Parsley (for decoration)

PREPARATION


COOKING

1. Chop the tender garlic.

2. Sauté the scampi whole.

3. Add the tender garlic, a dash of tequila, salt and olive oil to the sauté.

4. Add a little pepper and flambé using the tequila.

 

SERVING

1. Arrange the scampi on a large serving plate.

2. Add the tender garlic as garnish.

3.  You can give some extra shine to the scampi by using olive oil.

4. Decorate with a little chopped parsley.
