Apple foie gras mille-feuille

For 4 servings:

   4 Granny Smith apples

   4 slices of duck mousse (about half a cm thick)

   Caramel sauce

PREPARATION

1. Wash the apples well and dry them with kitchen roll.

2. Remove the apple cores and cut the apples into 5 slices.

3. Place the slices together to reconstruct the apple shape.

4. Place each apple on the plate you are going to serve them on.

5. Fill in the gaps between each slice of apple with duck mousse.

6. Finally pour some caramel sauce over each apple.
