MOJAMA

My love for this type of products is practically hereditary, as my mother's family worked in the importing of salted food products, and our table has never lacked a good plate of mojama as an appetizer, cut finely and seasoned with olive oil.


OLIVA OIL

The so-called 'liquid gold' also leads me back to my origins, to Ontinyent, the place where I grew up surrounded by olive trees. At home, we have always eaten it, even before it was recognised and appreciated the way it is now. Besides being beneficial for our health, it is an indispensable ingredient in all Mediterranean cooking.


SERRANO JAM

I just love Serrano ham! In Spain, we are fortunate to be able to easily enjoy this gastronomic luxury, so admired and sought-after beyond our borders. Its curing process is an art in itself.


RED WINE

Wine is much more than a drink. It is a way of living, thinking and interacting with others, and is part of the Mediterranean culture. Some of the best wines come from my province, with the wineries of the Valencian Community gaining in reputation in recent years and that is a real source of pride, plus a pleasure for the palate.


WALNUTS

They say that walnuts are good for almost everything and also a basic source of energy that comes in handy when you have to put in long hours at work. Having a snack between meals was never so healthy!
