Oven-baked cheesecake
Ingredients for 8 people:
550 g cheese spread, 4 eggs, 220 g sugar, 250 ml liquid cream, 25 g flour

ELABORATION
1. Weigh and mix all the ingredients in a bowl, not beating them too much.
2. Cover the mould you are going to use with baking paper and pour in the mixture creating a base.
3. Bake at 170º for 50 minutes and leave to stand with the oven off and the door open for another 15 minutes.
4. Decorate with the cranberries and the icing sugar.
