Here are her «five of»:
CANNED COCKLES
I love them fresh, with a bit of lemon. They have a lot of iron and vitamins and are not very fattening, so they are pleasure upon pleasure.
CHEESE
In another life I was a mouse, without a doubt. Cured cheeses, sheep’s, goat’s, cow’s, I like them all, especially blue cheese, Roquefort, Cabrales, Stilton, Gorgonzola… As you can see, I’m inclined to umami.
ONION
I love sweet onion with a good tomato, or on its own with oil and black pepper. And, of course, onion in any stir-fry. How does it change so much just by cooking it? Onion, onion, onion.
BEER
With a little intensity, but without being sickening. Blonde, roasted, black… long live diversity!
HAM-FLAVOURED-CRISPS
Not what the main breeders recommend, but they drive me crazy.
