How to accompany a cheese platter


ALCACHOFAS MARINADAS A LA ITALIANAITALIAN STYLE MARINATED ARTICHOKES

INGREDIENTS

300 g artichoke hearts - 4 laminated garlic cloves - Juice of 2 lemons - 40 g diced Piquillo peppers - 1 chopped spring onion - 200 ml virgin olive oil - 50 ml apple vinegar - Dry Herbes de Provence

PREPARATION

  1. We put the artichoke hearts with their juice in a dish and add all the other ingredients.
    2. When they are well-done, we cover them and let them stand in the fridge for 24 hours.
    3. We give them an aromatic touch by sprinkling with Herbes de Provence.


RED FRUIT COMPOTE

INGREDIENTS

150 g red fruit - 100 g sugar - Juice of one orange - Freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

  1. We put all the ingredients in a pan and cook on a low heat until it has a jam-like consistency.
    2. Then we season to taste and serve with the cheese platter.
