Apple strudel
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 eggs, 3 egg yolks, 25 g cornflour, 150 g sugar, 1 vanilla pod, 350 ml milk ,1 apple, Sultanas, Icing sugar, 1 roll of filo pastry, 50 g butter, Nuts, Vanilla ice cream

PREPARATION
1. Put the eggs, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and corn flourin a sauce pan and stir well.
2. Add the milk and put the mixture over a medium heat. When it thickens, remove it and cool it
3. Peel and cut the apple into small cubes.
4. Roll out a sheet of filo pastry and brush with melted butter, then add another layer and so on until you have a set of three layers.
5. Fill with the pastry cream, the apple and roll up tightly.
6. Bake for 7 minutes at 180ºC and decorate with icingsugar, sultanas and nuts
You can serve it with a ball of ice cream.
