Tatin cake

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 packet of puff pastry dough, 6 apples, 200 g brown sugar, 120 g butter, Juice of 2 lemons, 
100 ml brandy, 250 ml whipping cream

ELABORATION

1. Preheat the oven at 220º. Meanwhile, peel the apples, remove the core and sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Place the dough in the mould, and then the whole apples on top. Add chopped butter, brandy, the rest of the lemon juice, and the brown sugar.

3. Oven bake for about 45 minutes at 180º.

4. Leave to stand for 30 minutes before removing from mould, and serve with cold liquid cream.

TIP

You can eat it at room temperature or cold.
